奋楫争先练精兵
近日，宝山监狱开展民警实战大练兵犯情、讲评等岗位职业技能竞赛暨“十佳主管警官”评选活动。监狱制定并印发活动实施方案，召开动员部署会。各业务科室对照方案内容，合力推进活动顺利开展。

初赛以书面测试形式开展，组织监狱优秀主管警官、各单项岗位练兵比武标兵及各监区推荐的优秀民警参加，系统考察参赛选手在政治理论、法律法规、上海监狱高质量发展三年行动方案及监管业务知识等方面的掌握情况。

监狱提前在罪犯车间布置模拟违禁品，组织参赛民警在规定时间内完成重点位置的检查，对民警的基本技能及管理能力进行考察。

考核随机抽取民警所在监区罪犯，通过“正面点名”的方式，深度考察参赛民警对监区整体罪犯的了解情况和罪犯个体特征的熟悉程度。

在罪犯“四知道”考核环节，监狱事先从各监区重点罪犯中随机抽取2名罪犯，深度考察民警对重点罪犯在基本信息、日常表现、劳动生产、行为规范等方面的内容。

讲评环节，通过设定特殊背景，参赛民警充分运用现状分析、亲情感化、心理疏导等技巧进行集体讲评教育，不仅展现了教育改造过程中的艺术与智慧，也体现了监狱工作改造育人的价值。
下一步，宝山监狱将把民警练就过硬改造基本功作为激发队伍动力活力的有力抓手，深耕罪犯改造主战场，不断提升业务能力，以更加饱满的热情、更加严谨的态度、更加专业的能力，服务监狱工作高质量发展。
