在很多人眼中
李烨的科研之路并非一路坦途
但在她看来
每个人都有自己的发展时区
与其跟别人比速度，不如比耐力
不疾不徐，稳步前进

允许自己做一朵“晚开”的花
出生在我国重要的
石油生产和石化工业基地——
黑龙江省大庆市
李烨在浓郁的化工学科氛围中成长
学习化学专业的舅舅和舅妈
常常鼓励她
主动探寻问题的答案：
“这只昆虫的翅膀是什么样的？
你去拿显微镜看一看
你学会了后再来教大家！”
正是在一次次好奇和观察中
儿时的李烨萌生了对环境学科的兴趣
在高考报志愿时
她选择了环境专业
在她看来
“环境学科就像是地球的‘纠错师’
可以‘管天、管地、管空气’
是守护碧水蓝天的‘超级英雄’”

然而高考发挥失利
毕业后找工作的不顺
让李烨感受到了迷茫与压力
经过一番思索
她选择考研
重拾最初的科研梦想
“不能在寝室将时间虚度
要多去实验室、多为大家帮忙
很多做实验的技巧与经验
多动手实践才会知道”
有了明确的目标
在长春攻读硕士的李烨格外努力
比其他同学更早入组
接触研究领域
也比同龄人更加珍惜
机会的得来不易

她也曾想要放弃
汪磊老师帮助她疏导情绪
引导她转换思维，不断摸索
直至找到前进的方向
