“吕乡义警”的暖心之举正是东营公安分局因地制宜，深化协同共治的一个缩影。分局明确将义警团体定位为公安机关的重要治安辅助力量，把平安志愿者、物业、外卖骑手、烟酒超市人员等社会力量，变成派出所主防工作的重要抓手。义警队员发挥“人熟、地熟、情况熟”的优势，加强与辖区派出所沟通，今年以来，全区义警组织共帮助找回走失人员119人。
