为助力2025年新入警人员筑牢职业根基、凝聚团队力量，4月11日，临汾市公安局以“逐警梦 心赋能”为主题，为38名新警打造了一场融合心理成长与职业使命的沉 浸式培训。 此次培训不仅是新警们职业生涯的重要起点，更是一次探索内心、激发潜能的奇妙之旅。

在心理讲座环节，田铮老师通过深入浅出的讲解，引导新警们运用思维六层次理论，深入剖析自身的思维模式，不断提升思维层次，从而更好地理解从警的使命与责任，坚定从警初心。 思维六层次理论，从环境、行为、能力，到信念、价值观、身份、精神（系统），为新警们提供了一个全面审视自我的框架。 通过这一理论，新警们可以清晰地认识到自己所处的位置，以及如何通过提升思维层次，更好地应对工作中的各种挑战。

以“逐警梦 心赋能”为主题的心理团辅课更是将此次培训推向高潮。新警们通过抽取OH卡牌、分享感悟，探索内心对警察职业的期待与认同。有的小组以“人民公安为人民”描绘守护平安的信念，有的小组以“我爱上班”表达对公安工作的热爱，通过绘画表达，帮助新警接纳自我、激发潜能，为职业认同注入情感温度。
